This is my very tall project that took a while for me to make. It stands 8 inches high with a width of 3 1/2 inches. This is just your basic cylinder that was pulled as high as I could go. I glazed it by dipping it in the speckled ivory, which is my new favorite glaze by the way. I love the yellowish background with the little dots that it has. While making this talk project I learned how to pull projects even taller by using help from the rib tool to keep the sides even and looking good. The color in this cylinder allows you to see the lines on the project that go around all the around it on the inside and outside. I feel like the color really emphasizes the structure of the cylinder because it is a very nice glaze but it isn't so crazy that your eye focuses on it, it rather focuses on the shape and form of the project itself. I'm a fan of this peice for its cool glaze and how big it is for a project of my own.
